There are too many abandoned dogs wandering the streets these days. These helpless beings are left to fend for themselves, betrayed by the ones whom they trusted the most.

To make matters worse, instead of helping them and saving them from the cruel streets, most people tend to turn their heads away from them.

Fortunately, there are still those kind souls who are willing to even get out of their cars in order to help the furry fellows and provide them with a brighter future.

This is exactly what happened in Los Angeles, California one day in August when a good man went on a rescue mission after seeing three abandoned puppies on the freeway.

Thanks to him, but also to his kind wife, these little ones met their happy endings.

Sweet Little Babies

On August 7, 2024, a woman known as Viv posted a TikTok video featuring the rescue of three abandoned puppies from the streets of Los Angeles via her account, @vivianaaae.

At the beginning of the video, a picture of the front part of her husband’s car is seen while driving. However, the words written on the screen are more important.

“There’s 3 puppies running on the freeway, I have to save them,” the husband’s words are quoted, to which Viv replies: “Save them babe, we’ll figure out the rest when you get home.”

Unfortunately, the video does not show the rescue itself, and there is not much information about it. Instead, it immediately features Viv’s husband parking in the garage with the three dogs he had just rescued sitting in the passenger seat.

From what can be seen in the video, it seems that all three dogs are of different breeds, most likely mixed. Two dogs are very scared, while one seems to be much more cheerful and relaxed, considering he is already cuddling with his savior.

This is quickly followed by the footage of these three dogs from their backyard in Los Angeles, California, happily playing, which best shows the great love and care these two people provided them with.

The video ends with footage of the dogs having a great time with their Doberman named Canelo.

“I’ll never understand how people can just dump these sweet little babies, they’re safe now and will forever be taken care of,” Viv wrote in the caption of the video, showing that there is no worry for these dogs, and that will soon prove to be correct.

Their New Beginnings

The day after the rescue video, Viv posted an update showing that these three dogs were doing great in the new environment.

However, the TikTok clip she posted on August 21 is much more significant. Namely, alongside their photo together, she announced that new beginnings are ahead for all three of these dogs.

In the caption, Viv stated that unfortunately, they weren’t able to keep all three of them. Luckily, they all found their forever homes!

“The baby on the far right went to high school friend of my boyfriend who has a large yard with a lab dog who needed a sibling he named him Country Boy..

The baby in the middle went to an old high school friend of mine, who has a large back yard and another fur baby she was looking for a sibling for! She named him Maverick
We kept the baby on the far left his name is Po and he is loving our home and loving his new big brother Canelo!” Viv wrote.

In the end, this heartwarming story had its happiest ending, thanks to two good souls who did not want to turn their heads from three helpless beings, even though everyone else did.
