Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift Receive Bold Suggestion From Rob Gronkowski
- Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift set the social media world ablaze when the billionaire singer showed up to a Kansas City Chiefs game during the 2023 season – confirming the months-long rumors that the pair was dating.
A year and a half later, Kelce and Swift are still going strong, with rumors of a potential engagement following the couple every few weeks. While they haven’t taken the next step of their relationship just yet, former New England Patriots star tight end Rob Gronkowski has a suggestion for the couple.
He thinks they pair “should have a kid.” Gronkowski and former Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman made the agreement on their Dudes on Dudes podcast where the latter said, “That would be a great kid.”
Gronkowski, 35, speculated, “The kid would be performing — having eight catches a game and then doing the halftime show.”
The future Hall of Fame tight end suggested it would take place “in, like, 24 years,” but Edelman predicted “probably sooner…Taylor was on the scene when she was, like, 13.”
Gronkowski replied, “Their kid would be like 14 in college. Just surpass[ing] middle school because he’s so smart. He’ll be in the league at 18 and singing and performing at halftime.”
He added, “Dang, they need to have a kid if that’s the case.”
For what it’s worth, Swift hasn’t agreed to do an NFL halftime show, even though her name was tossed in the ring for the Super Bowl next season. Kelce, meanwhile, will be back on the field for the Chiefs in 2025.
