Joe Alwyn stepped out in style as he attended a star-studded dinner in London this week.

On Wednesday, June 26, the actor, 33, attended a private event hosted by Gucci. The event was in honor of their global ambassador Jannik Sinner and included celebrities like Ryan Gosling and Salma Hayek.

Alwyn was pictured arriving at the dinner held at Mount St. Restaurant in Mayfair. He wore black pants with a red and green lining at the bottom, paired with a matching jacket and white shirt. His eyes were shielded behind a pair of sunglasses, and he rounded off his casual chic ensemble with burgundy sneakers.

Alwyn’s appearance in the English capital came just days after his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift performed three shows at London’s Wembley Stadium. Her boyfriend Travis Kelce made his Eras Tour stage debut at the singer’s third show on Sunday, June 23.

The Kinds of Kindness star’s fellow dinner guest Hayek, 57, attended Swift’s first show at Wembley on Friday, June 21, alongside Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan, Stella McCartney, Leslie Mann and Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness.

Alwyn’s outing came after he spoke out about his breakup with Swift, who is 34, for the first time. He did so in a Sunday Times Style interview that was published on Saturday, June 15. The couple dated for over six years before we confirmed their split in April 2023.

When questioned if he’s heard Swift’s latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, the actor responded. He included, “I would hope that anyone and everyone can empathize and understand the difficulties that come with the end of a long, loving, fully committed relationship of over six and a half years.”

“That is a hard thing to navigate. What is unusual and abnormal in this situation is that, one week later, it’s suddenly in the public domain and the outside world is able to weigh in,” Alwyn continued.

Swift went public with her romance with Kelce, who is also 34, in October 2023. The couple were photographed holding hands in N.Y.C. They attended a Saturday Night Live afterparty at Catch Steak. Earlier in the evening, both had made surprise appearances on the show.

On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end surprised fans by joining Swift for her “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” outfit change, dressed in a tuxedo and top hat.

Kelce stepped in for the dancer who usually carries Swift on stage during the segment.

He beamed as he gently put the singer down on a red couch. Additionally, he dusted his girlfriend’s face with powder in a faux touch-up bit.

Earlier this week, the NFL star opened up about the moment he knew he was starting to “fall” for the pop superstar. He shared this while speaking on the latest episode of Barstool Sports’ Bussin’ With The Boys podcast. The episode was released on June 25 and recorded on June 19.

Discussing how Swift “understands situations” like the Chiefs winning the 2024 Super Bowl, Kelce shared, “She’s very self-aware. And I think that’s why I really started to really fall for her, was how genuine she is around friends [and] family. It can get crazy for somebody with that much attention … and she just keeps it so chill and so cool.”

“I can admire it for sure,” he added.
