Travis Kelce Planned Surprise Eras Tour-Themed Party for Taylor Swift to Mark End of Record-Breaking Shows

Travis Kelce planned an enchanting surprise for his girlfriend Taylor Swift to mark the end of her record-breaking $2 billion Eras Tour.

On Wednesday, Dec. 18, the power couple and their friends, including Brittany and Patrick Mahomes, both 29, partied at an Eras-themed bash, according to multiple images posted from guests online.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire’s wife Jo-Jo Edwards-Helaire revealed Kelce planned the Kansas City, Mo., event to honor Swift wrapping her hugely successful tour in Vancouver, Canada, on Dec. 8.

After one fan commented on a post that the event looked like a “wrap party,” Jo-Jo replied, “It was, a congratulations party. And a surprise from Trav.”

Brittany, who is currently pregnant with her third child, went all out for the gathering, donning a shimmering silver fringe mini dress with knee-high boots that paid homage to Swift’s Fearless album in snaps shared to Instagram.

Patrick channeled Swift’s Eras Tour skit look, referencing Kelce’s onstage debut with her on June 23 at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Taylor Swift wowed in a black Balmain minidress with crystal details, posing with her Chiefs beau in a photo shared by Ross Travis on Instagram.

Partygoers dressed up for the theme with feather boas and colorful clothes to match Swift’s different albums, with friendship bracelets and light-up bracelets being scattered on the table of the cozy venue; all nods to the Eras Tour.

The party came after Swift celebrated her 35th birthday on Friday, Dec. 13. To mark the occasion, the NFL shared a romantic video featuring multiple sweet clips of her and Kelce — who went public with their romance in Oct. 2023 — set to John Legend’s “All of Me,” covered by Toby Gad and Celina Sharma.

Swift now has a bit of time off over the holidays after performing her 149th and final show on Dec. 8.

During her final “Lover” speech in Vancouver, Swift reflected, “Touring the world has been the most exciting, powerful, electrifying, and challenging experience of my life,” per a fan video on X.

“We’ve gotten to perform for over 10 million people on this tour,” Swift added.

The New York Times reported the Eras Tour sold $2.08 billion in tickets, doubling the gross of any tour in history, with over 10 million attendees, per Taylor Swift Touring.
