Roger Federer Shares Selfie with Taylor Swift After Attending Her Eras Tour: ‘In My Swiftie Era’

Roger Federer has entered his Swiftie era!

After attending Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour stop in Zürich, Switzerland on Monday, July 8, the retired tennis pro shared a selfie. He snapped the photo with the pop superstar following the concert.

“In my Swiftie era 🦋🫶💜🧣🌃🐍💘🪩🌲🕰️🤍,” Federer, 42, wrote, including a series of emojis relating to Swift, 34, and her tour in the caption of the Instagram post published two days later, on July 10.

The selfie appeared to have been taken backstage after the show. Federer was wearing a VIP lanyard for the tour around his neck. Swift was still dressed in the glittering blue bodysuit she wore for the Midnights era of the concert.

Federer was spotted at Monday’s show with his wife, Mirka, and their four kids. The twins, Myla and Charlene, are 15 years old, while the twin boys, Leo and Lenny, are 10.

Last month, the tennis champion told that seeing Swift in concert with his children was a goal for the summer of 2024.

“We went to a lot of concerts last year,” he said. He added that it was fun to get on stage with Coldplay during their Zürich show in July 2023.

“I didn’t sing, I just played a little shaker thing,” Federer said with a laugh. “But we also saw [Bruce] Springsteen twice, and Elton John. This summer Taylor Swift is coming to Switzerland so of course we’ll go to that, and ACDC too.”
