Luke Bryan’s dog stole the spotlight mid-song at a July 25th concert in Orange Beach, Alabama, trotting onstage with a can of beer in its mouth during a performance on the Word on the Street Tour.
The moment unfolded at The Wharf Amphitheater while Bryan was performing his number-one hit “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset.” The black Labrador Retriever — outfitted with a backstage pass around its neck — made its way onto the stage and delivered the beer directly to Bryan, tail wagging throughout. Bryan crouched down to take the can and gave the dog some affection before continuing the show. Supporting acts on the Orange Beach bill included Shane Profitt, Karley Scott Collins, Lauren Watkins, and DJ Rock.
Fans Captured the Moment on Camera
At least two concertgoers filmed the exchange and posted the footage to TikTok, with one video accumulating more than 700,000 views. The identity of the specific dog has not been confirmed, though the animal appears to be the same black Lab that Bryan shared photos of on social media in April 2025.

Bryan’s Dogs Have a History of Stealing Scenes
Bryan is known to have at least two other dogs: Boss, a black English Cocker Spaniel, and Choc, a chocolate Lab who shares a joint Instagram page with Boss — though no new posts have appeared on that account since 2024. Choc previously made a memorable appearance on the set of American Idol in 2024, taking Katy Perry’s seat at the judges’ table between Bryan and Lionel Richie, performing tricks, and briefly running off with a Golden Ticket before Bryan retrieved it.
