Podcast host Brianna Chickenfry used a recent episode of her show to level a series of unsubstantiated accusations at Jelly Roll and his estranged wife Bunnie Xo, questioning the authenticity of Bunnie’s public statements about the split.

The segment also covered other pop culture topics, including Taylor Swift’s wedding and Millie Bobby Brown, before turning to Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo.

Chickenfry expressed doubt that Bunnie Xo genuinely supports Jelly Roll’s future relationships as she has publicly claimed. “You can see that she’s hurting,” Chickenfry said, suggesting Bunnie is putting on a front — speculating, without evidence, that the performance may be connected to a potential surrogate pregnancy or some kind of legal agreement. She also described Bunnie as being under “mind control” of Jelly Roll, citing her own past relationship experiences as the basis for that read.
Among the other unverified assertions Chickenfry made: that Jelly Roll’s weight loss led him to believe he could pursue someone younger; that Bunnie’s history as an escort has become incompatible with Jelly Roll’s growing religious beliefs; and that Jelly Roll used Bunnie to advance his own public profile. On that last point, Chickenfry was direct: “I think maybe that shows exactly what she said that he really used their relationship as a stepping stone for the public eye — didn’t actually respect her, didn’t actually love her.” She added that Bunnie, by contrast, “actually did love him, actually did everything for him, actually was his biggest … fan.”

Chickenfry became a widely recognized figure beyond podcasting when she began dating country singer Zach Bryan in mid-2023. Their split in late 2024 generated significant media coverage, particularly after she claimed Bryan offered her $12 million to stay silent about their relationship — an offer she turned down. She has since shared candid and largely unflattering details about their time together, and many observers believe that experience is directly shaping her interpretation of the Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo situation.
