Bunnie Xo is expanding her footprint to the West Coast, announcing on her Dumb Blonde podcast that she has purchased a new home in Los Angeles.
The podcaster and influencer revealed the news during the Ask, Tell, Confess segment of the show, telling listeners she had long wanted a California property. Bunnie, a Las Vegas native, noted that she previously owned a home there but said the city no longer reflects who she is. The LA purchase appears to have been finalized during a recent trip she took with friends, and she described the property as being in a desirable part of the city. Like her Nashville residence, she plans to use the new home as a compound shared with her closest friends.
Nashville Remains Home Base
Despite the new acquisition, Bunnie is keeping her primary residence in Tennessee. The Nashville property — a multi-home compound she describes as her dream home — was given to her by Jelly Roll as part of their divorce settlement. The couple had been building it together before their split, and Bunnie plans to open it up to her friends. The animals she and Jelly Roll adopted together, including mini-cows and donkeys, will remain on that property. Her Dumb Blonde podcast, which frequently features guests from the country music world, also continues to operate out of Nashville.
The Los Angeles move may signal professional ambitions beyond podcasting as well. According to an anonymous source cited by People, her recent trip to LA included meetings with producers regarding a potential reality show.
A $500,000 Rolls-Royce and a Personal Milestone
The LA visit also produced another notable purchase: a customized white Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUV, complete with red seats and a ceiling interior designed to resemble a night sky. The vehicle carries a retail price of approximately $500,000.
Though the purchase landed shortly after her divorce from Jelly Roll was finalized, Bunnie pushed back on any connection between the two events. On her podcast, she explained the car had been in the works for a year and was always intended as a gift to herself marking the end of her IVF journey. “It was gonna be my IVF present to myself, because of all the s–t I had to go through,” she said, adding that the timing was coincidental and unrelated to the divorce.
With a new home in Los Angeles, a Nashville compound, and possible television projects in development, Bunnie Xo appears to be moving into a significant new chapter following her split from Jelly Roll.
