Country Stars Surprise Fans Who Visit The Madame Tussauds Wax Museum
The Madame Tussauds Wax Museum opened in Nashville in 2017. Those who visit the museum pose for photos with wax figures of their favorite country artists, including Reba McEntire, Patsy Cline, and Luke Bryan.
Madame Tussauds is known for creating lifelike wax figures of celebrities and historical figures. The uncanny resemblance between the figures and their real-life counterparts never fails to amaze visitors.
Even the celebrities themselves are stunned when they see their wax figures. For example, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill were shocked when they saw their wax figures in person for the first time.
Since the wax figures look so realistic, some country singers sneak into Madame Tussauds to surprise their fans. Both Kellie Pickler and Darius Rucker pretended to pose as their wax figures and pranked unsuspecting visitors.
The singers stood still when fans approached them for a picture. When they’d suddenly speak or move, the fans reacted in priceless ways.
Once the fans got over their initial surprise, they were overjoyed to be in the presence of the real-life Pickler and Rucker.

In 2021, country music legend Randy Travis stopped by Madame Tussauds to surprise some of his fans. The “Forever and Ever, Amen” singer sat behind a desk and propped his guitar in his lap. He kept still as people approached him for photos.
One of the funniest moments occurred when the person taking the picture told everyone to say “cheese!” and Travis spoke, too. The fans next to him freaked out when they realized he wasn’t a wax figure…he was the real-life Randy Travis!
