The couple, who announced their engagement on August 26, 2025, is said to be approaching their wedding with at least one firm directive for attendees. Kittle shared the detail while speaking to Extra at a Sports Illustrated and Tight End University’s Tight Ends & Friends concert presented by Reese’s in Nashville, offering one of the few glimpses into plans that Swift and Kelce have otherwise kept tightly under wraps.
How Swift and Kelce Got Here
The road to the altar began in the summer of 2023, when Kelce attended one of Swift’s Eras Tour concerts and later revealed on his New Heights podcast that he had hoped to hand her a friendship bracelet carrying his phone number — an opportunity that never materialized. Swift eventually acknowledged the story herself, and their relationship moved quickly into public view. She attended a Kansas City Chiefs game in September 2023, and the following month the two were photographed leaving a Saturday Night Live after-party together. “Absolutely no gifts,” Kittle told Extra, before adding a playful qualifier: “Travis, for some reason, likes old coins, so I might get him an old coin.” Beyond that detail, the wedding’s date and venue have not been publicly confirmed, and the couple has released few official specifics about the ceremony.
