Ella Langley has offered fans an unfiltered look at what a day on tour actually demands, from sunrise wellness rituals to backstage soul music sing-alongs.
In a behind-the-scenes Instagram video, the country artist walked viewers through the rhythms and routines that keep her going night after night on the road. The clip covers everything from her morning habits to her pre-show preparation, revealing a performer who takes both her physical health and mental readiness seriously.
Morning Routines and the Weight of the Job
Langley begins her day by heating a large pot of water, explaining that she drinks warm water within the first three minutes of waking up because she believes it benefits her health. The practice reflects a broader commitment to taking care of herself — one she frames in terms of professional responsibility. “We literally all need my body to function,” she says in the video. “Doing what we’re doing in this industry, the chance of making it is less than two percent.”
After getting dressed, she heads outside at one of her tour stops to stretch and do yoga. Recovery matters just as much as performance, and she also carves out downtime, settling into a lounge chair with a book and a pen. “As long as I got this and this, I’m sitting here,” she says, pointing to both items.
Pre-Show Playlist: Al Green, Bobby Womack, and UGK
Back inside for hair and makeup, Langley turns to music to get her head in the right place before taking the stage. Sitting in the makeup chair, she pulls up Al Green’s “I’m Hooked on You,” singing along before laughing at herself. “I messed that up pretty bad,” she admits. She then declares Bobby Womack’s “If You Think You’re Lonely Now” her “new obsession song,” and she and her makeup artist sing it together at full volume — less a warmup, more a genuine moment of joy.
She closes out the pre-show set by cueing up UGK and Outkast’s “Int’l Players Anthem,” rapping along with clear familiarity as the night ahead comes into focus.
For fans tracking Langley’s rise — she was recently photographed on the 2026 ACM Awards red carpet — the video adds a personal dimension to an artist whose profile continues to grow.
